Weekly net sales of cotton in the United States in the 2022/23 harvest, between April 7th and 13th, totaled 62.10 thousand bales, with emphasis on Bangladesh, according to the US Department of Agriculture (USDA, in English) this Thursday- fair (20).
In every commercial year, the North American country has already committed 11.83 million bales, compared to 11.76 million bales of feather in the previous week and 14.37 million bales in the same period last year. The USDA's total estimate, according to the latest report, is exports of 11.53 million bales.

From the 2023/24 season, the United States recorded net sales of 38 thousand bales in the period, mainly to Pakistan.
Cotton exports totaled 289.80 thousand bales last week, according to data reported on the day by the USDA, with emphasis on Vietnam. Volume was 13% lower than the previous week and 3% below the average of the previous 4 weeks.
