The Buenos Aires Grains Exchange (BCBA) reported, this Monday (22), that Argentine soybean farmers sold almost 6.100 million tons destined for export of the soybean complex since the resumption of the Export Increment Program III, popularly called “ agro dollar”, on April 8.
This total includes new sales made after the implementation of the proposal, in addition to price adjustments for committed sales not previously carried out.

According to BCBA, until last Friday (19), there was a drop of 54% compared to the first edition of the measure, but an increase of 4% compared to the second – for the soybean complex, the program will expire on Wednesday (24) .
In the new format, the Program adopts a special and fixed exchange rate of 300 pesos, compared to an approximate value of 215 pesos at the official exchange rate.
