Aboissa Commodity Brokers was, for the first time, present at the largest food fair in the world. SIAL Paris took place from the 21st to the 25th of October 2018, at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center.
It has now been more than half a century since SIAL (Salão Internacional de Alimentação – International Food Exhibition) first embraced the ambition of becoming the world's most important network for food professionals. A bold bet, but one that paid off, as evidenced by the announced success of the SIAL Paris 2018 edition. This key biennial event has become the inspiring meeting point for the entire food processing industry, because this is where food from today is exposed and tomorrow's food is conceived.
