In celebration of Labor Day, celebrated on May 1st, the 'Agricultural Market' section provides an overview of job creation in the productive sector, in relation to the first three months of 2019. According to information from the MTE – Ministry of Work and Employment, from January to March this year, 10.6 thousand employee admissions were generated by agriculture, thus, discounting dismissals, a positive balance of 1.5 thousand jobs was recorded.
For the president of the Fmasul System, Mauricio Saito, the information from Caged shows the agricultural employment scenario in the state. “Agriculture was only second to the Services area, this shows the rural environment as a storehouse of opportunities. However, more than that, the technology used in Agro has required trained and up-to-date workers, creating a field for those who are studying or want to pursue a promising career.”
Within Saito's analysis, Senar/MS has acted effectively in advancing training. “In just 3 months, Senar/MS trained more than 10 thousand people”, stated the president of Famasul.
