The price of soybeans on the Chicago Grain Exchange recorded a drop of 0.25 cents of Dollar in the May/17 contract on Monday (06.03), closing at US$ 10.3725 per bushel. The July/17 and August/17 contracts showed no variation.
The North American soybean market opened the week maintaining stability in the main futures prices. There are no factors in the fundamentals capable of significantly altering the pricing achieved by the oilseed. Not even the weekly soybean export numbers – which were higher than expected – were enough to change the current status.
