In the 75th ANP Complementary Biodiesel Auction, 8,500,000 liters of biodiesel were auctioned to meet the mandatory mixture and there were no auctions for voluntary mixture. All of this volume came from producers holding the Social Fuel Seal. The average negotiation price was R$ 5.723/L, without considering the acquirer's margin, and the total value negotiated reached the level of R$ 48.65 million, reflecting an average premium of 38.13% when compared to the weighted average of “Prices Regional Reference Maximums” (R$ 4,144/L).
The Offer Presentation Stage to meet the mandatory mixture took place in a single day (11/9/2020), with six producers making available a total volume of 9,500,000 liters of biodiesel. Continuing the Biodiesel Auction process, in the first stage of selection of offers, held on 9/14/2020, 8,500,000 liters of biodiesel were auctioned, a volume coming exclusively from producers holding the Social Fuel Seal, representing 100% of the volume offered by these producers and 89.47% of the total offered in the Auction.

In the Offer Resubmission Stage, held on 9/15/2020, no negotiations were completed. The process of presenting biodiesel offers by plants and selection by distributors for voluntary blending took place on 9/16/2020. No offer was made and, consequently, no negotiations were carried out.
Biodiesel Auctions are intended to comply with Law No. 13,263, of March 23, 2016, and CNPE Resolution No. 16, of October 29, 2018, to implement the evolution schedule for the mandatory addition of biodiesel to diesel oil sold to the final consumer.
It is noteworthy that the 75th Complementary Auction (L75C) aims to guarantee the supply of biodiesel in the national market during the period from September 21st to October 31st, 2020, in accordance with the criteria established in Public Auction Notice nº 007/20-ANP .
