For more than 80 years, NIOP (The National Institute of Oilseed Products) has been a U.S. non-profit trade association representing companies involved in the production, processing and marketing of oilseed products such as soybean oil, canola oil , sunflower oil, corn oil, among others. Aboissa will join the list of approximately 120 members from 15 different countries that make up this community.
Its main objective is to promote the well-being of people, companies and corporations that are involved in the process of buying, selling, processing, shipping, storing and using vegetable oils and raw materials.
NIOP also holds annual conferences and events for its members, provides training and education in various areas related to oilseeds and their derivatives, and provides resources and up-to-date information about the oilseed sector to its members and the general public.
