The price of corn on the Chicago Grain Exchange registered an increase of 4.75 cents on Friday (02.09) in December/16 contracts, closing at US$ 3.285 per bushel. The other highlighted commodity positions closed the session with valuations between 3.75 and 5.50 points.
Following the upward trend in commodities in September, the North American corn market closed the week with a session of gains in the main futures prices.
