We had the privilege of being actively involved in the launch of the book “ITAL 60 ANOS – Feeding the future with science and technology”, an initiative by the Institute of Food Technology (ITAL). The event, held last Tuesday (12), celebrated six decades of innovation and excellence in the field of food technology.
Since its founding in 1963, the ITAL has been a pioneering reference in applied science in Latin America, playing a central role in research, development and specialized technical assistance in food, beverages, ingredients and packaging. Linked to the Department of Agriculture and Supply of the State of São Paulo, the institute is strategic in its partnerships and collaborations with the public and private sectors.
The recently released book offers a comprehensive view of the institute's trajectory, with an emphasis on the last 10 years and projections for the future. The publication highlights ITAL's commitment to sharing the excellence of its work, developed in collaboration with the industry and the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa), aiming to benefit the consumer and society in general.
We express our gratitude for having participated in this significant event, which not only celebrates the past and present, but also sheds light on the promising future of the Institute of Food Technology.
