The organization of the fair is preparing to hold a fully online event later this year, in October, on a technological platform recently introduced to the market
After postponing the 26th edition of Intermodal South America, the biggest event in Latin America for the logistics, cargo transport and foreign trade sectors, to 2021 — due to the current scenario of uncertainty generated by the Covid-19 pandemic – Informa Markets, organizer of the fair, innovates and offers the market a virtual event for all professionals in the supply, supply and distribution chains: the Intermodal Xperience.
This is an exclusive digital event from Informa Markets that promises to bring together all players segments of the Intermodal universe in a single virtual channel and promote content exchange, business generation and interaction. The meeting has already been scheduled and will take place from October 6th to 8th this year. In other words, there will be three days of many exchanges of information about the sector.
As far as the Content, the public will be able to access a program full of attractions via videos on demand and live, made up of big names in the market. The program includes more than 15 segmented lectures over the three days of the event: there will be three speakers per period, divided by the pillars of the sector (transport, technology and intralogistics). The content grid also includes the new edition of the National Logistics Conference (CNL), held in partnership with the Brazilian Logistics Association (Abralog), which will also be promoted for the first time virtually.
An exclusive Opening Panel is also scheduled with the presence of representatives from the federal government and sectoral class entities, such as ANTT, ANTAQ, ANAC, Infraero and Anvisa. Another difference will be the realization of a tour virtual session per day in Distribution Centers and large factories to demonstrate innovative products, services or technologies.
As regards the Relationship, the event will offer a virtual cocktail party that will feature actions that promote a safe environment where professionals can interact via messages and exchange information. Participants in the VIP category will also have access to an exclusive relationship area, with different content and the possibility of speaking directly with the event's speakers for 20 minutes after each one's presentation.
And with regard to Business, an advanced matchmaking will allow buyers and sellers with common interests to find each other easily and carry out business without bureaucracy, opening exclusive spaces on the platform to hold scheduled virtual meetings, segment meeting actions (style meetup) and exhibitions of products, services and launches of all brands in the sector (via virtual showcases); in addition to giving access to a unique VIP area with privileged information.
All of this supplanted by innovative artificial intelligence technology, the Blue, unique in the events market, which will help to make business happen, indicate the best content for the audience based on their interests and stimulate relationships between everyone on the platform.
