In relation to products such as breast and breast fillet, liquidity was reduced in the domestic market, resulting in a drop in prices.
At the wholesale level in Greater São Paulo, frozen chicken wings averaged R$ 7.66/kg in October, an increase of 9.8% compared to September. The heart and drumet, both frozen, in the same comparison, were quoted at R$ 11.06/kg and R$ 7.28/kg, respectively, increases of 3% and 4.8%.
