In the statement, signed by the entity's legal director, Anderson Belloli, Federarroz highlighted that the facts, so far narrated by the producers, reveal themselves to be in violation of the dictates of good faith that must, indispensably, guide business relations, “so that , through the opening of the aforementioned procedure, the competent bodies sought to investigate responsibilities in the civil and criminal spheres, insofar as the conduct of the aforementioned company violates legal rules in force in the Brazilian legal system”, highlighted the note.
Federarroz also reinforced that information and complaints, with identity reservation, involving the above facts may be made to the entity, through the relevant means of communication.
