The regions most behind in work are Tucumán (63%), Avellaneda (64%), Catamarca (65%), Rio Cuarta (71%), Tandil, Laboulaye and Presidencia Roque Sáenz Penã (76%) and La Pampa (79%). Of the crops still in the field, all have 100% of areas already maturing.
Looking at the quality of crops, the regions with the highest percentage of areas assessed as very good are La Plata (50%), Laboulaye (33%), Cañada de Gómez and Casilda (24%), Tandil, Rafaela and Charata (6%) and Marcos Juárez and Rosario Del Tala (5%).
The Ministry points out that, in the province of Buenos Aires, where La Plata is located, rainfall was recorded that kept the humidity percentage above estimates and prevented the harvest from progressing.
In La Pampa, where Cañada de Gómez and Casilda are located, the low temperatures and lack of rain allow the moisture in the grains to decrease, with the result that the harvest resumes at a good pace.
On the other hand, the regions with the most crops rated as bad are General Pico (10%), Quimilí (7%), Avellaneda (6%), Pigué and Laboulaye (4%), Casilda and Charata (3%), Marcos Juarez (2%) and Rafaela (1%).
According to the publication, no precipitation was recorded in the General Pico delegation area. With regard to yields, the best areas are in a range between 33.33 and 100 bags per hectare, there are even reports of producers who allocated lots sown with grains for forage due to losses.
