Brazilian soybean exports are expected to reach 10.25 million tons, according to a weekly survey by the National Association of Cereal Exporters (ANEC). Last week, the forecast was between 10 million and 11 million tons to be shipped in the period. In June last year, exports stood at 11.92 million tons. In May, the country shipped 14.22 million tons.

In the week between June 20 and 26, Brazil shipped 2.07 million tons. For the period between June 27th and July 3rd, ANEC indicates the export of 2.95 million tons. Year-to-date, the Association projects shipments of up to 60.63 million by the end of June.
For soybean meal, the forecast is for shipments of 2.03 million tons in June. In the same month last year, the total exported was 1.39 million tons. In May, volume was 1.7 million tons. Last week, exports were 500.21 thousand tons and the forecast for this week is 531.52 thousand tons. Year-to-date, the first half of the year should close with 8.45 million tons shipped.
ANEC projects corn shipments of 89.21 thousand tons in June. In June last year, Brazil exported 787.8 thousand tons. There were no corn shipments in May, according to data from the Association. Exports for the year total 2.9 million tons.
