After the event Opening of Sugarcane, Sugar and Ethanol Harvest held in Ribeirão Preto by DATAGRO on March 9th, the CITI ISO DATAGRO New York Sugar & Ethanol Conference marks the second major meeting of the year for the sugar-energy sector, this time in New York.
Since its first edition, recognized as the official technical event of the New York Sugar Dinner, the conference, which is held by DATAGRO in conjunction with the International Sugar Organization, will bring together authorities, producers, business leaders and traders from more than 12 countries. The 15th edition of the event will take place on May 11th at 583 Park Avenue and will feature a total of six panels.
Last year, in two days of virtual meetings, the conference brought together more than 2000 participants, representing a milestone in the agenda of New York Sugar Dinner participants.

Topics will be discussed such as: the market outlook for sugar and ethanol in Brazil and India, as well as the global supply and demand order for the 2021/22 and 2022/23 sugarcane harvests; the role of ethanol as a driving fuel for sustainable mobility projects; and also, investments, global trade flows, innovations and technological trends in the sector.
