The March/April 2025 issue of the magazine Oils & Fats International (OFI) brought together relevant topics on innovation, sustainability and market trends in the global oils and fats sector. Highlights include advances in omega-3 encapsulation technologies for functional foods. The publication also addresses the adaptation of the agricultural and industrial sectors in South America to climate change. In addition, it provides an analysis of trade dynamics between Brazil and the United States, focusing on exports and regulatory challenges.
