NMR technology is essential to guarantee the authenticity and purity of peanuts, maintaining consumer trust through transparency and quality. Being able to detect whether the grain under analysis is high or low oleic, a factor that impacts several characteristics of the final product. Furthermore, it allows effective monitoring of maturation and storage conditions, improving product quality, operational efficiency and sustainability by reducing waste and optimizing resources.
