Our expert Henrique Oliveira, broker at Aboissa's Animal Profat unit, was interviewed about the offal flour market for Graxaria Brasileira magazine. 

Viscera meal is a by-product of the slaughter of poultry, cattle and pigs, and is widely used in animal feed due to its high protein and nutrient content. Henrique highlighted that the market has been adapting over the years, especially after the pandemic. 

The forecast for 2023 is that the demand for flour will continue to grow.
