Last Wednesday (30), in Kiev, Ukraine, the 18th edition of the Conference on Oils and Fats, organized by APK-Inform.
The conference dealt with various topics in the field, such as tglobal trends in the oilseeds, vegetable oils and meals market, neggs and old markets for oil and fat products, mhigh oleic sunflower and high oleic market: from niche to expansion of horizons, among others, as well as lectures on more specific topics.

Among the speakers was our collaborator Laura Pereira, specialist in sunflower oil, whose lecture theme was “The Role of Mercosul in the Global Oilseed Market”.
