Present in 33 editions of ABISA Nordeste, this year Aboissa highlighted the work of its partner Biotechnos, a company from Santa Rosa (RS), which brought from Germany an innovative technology for mini biodiesel plants with values between $70,000.00 and R$470. 000.00. “This new solution uses frying oil, which in São Paulo has a production cost between R$1.70/kg and R$0.40, allowing the production of biodiesel at an average value of R$2.10, a very competitive value when compared to the current practice. in São Paulo which is R$3.40”, explained Munir Aboissa, CEO of Aboissa Commodity Brokers, remembering that many of his clients have hundreds of trucks and use around 1,000 tons/month of diesel “If these companies had their mini-plant it would be an excellent business and economy.” Biotechnos also brought from Germany an automated babassu coconut cracking project, which was very well received by the babassu processing partners present at ABISA, remembering that Maranhão is the babassu capital of Brazil. Munir often says that ABISA was the progenitor of Abcissa, that the company was born and strengthened at this event, together with the companies that are today its clients, especially in the Northeast, where he claims to have an unparalleled welcome and immense gratitude. “We are great admirers of ABISA and, therefore, we gave up on being at this important event. This year the number of participants was exceptional, we were able to re-establish contact with our partners and generate new business”, he says.
