Sales of agricultural machinery in the domestic market fall by 1.3% in the 1st half

Sales of agricultural machinery in the domestic market totaled 3.9 thousand units in June, an annual drop of 9.6%, according to a balance released this Monday (06) by the National Association of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (Anfavea). In the 1st. half-year, sales totaled 19.6 thousand units, a decrease of 1.3% compared to the same period in 2019.

Production in June was 3.3 thousand units, an annual drop of 24.9%. In the 1st. semester, the volume produced reached 19.1 thousand units, a decrease of 22.6% compared to the same period last year.

Exports reached 614 units in June, a year-on-year drop of 31.6%. In the 1st. first half, shipments reached 4,190 thousand units, a decrease of 31% compared to the first six months of 2019.
