Our cottonseed oil expert, Tiago Vicente, was in New Orleans, LA, to participate in the 4-day event, which brought together gastronomy scientists from around the world and representatives from the food sector, all converging with the intention of inspiring and transforming knowledge collective on innovative solutions to help improve food security.
