The price of soybeans on the Chicago Grain Exchange registered an increase of 8.50 cents on Thursday (24.08) in the November/17 contract, closing at US$ 9.465 per bushel. The other highlighted commodity maturities on the CBOT also closed the session with valuations between 6.25 and 8.50 points.
The North American soybean market consolidated its third session of increases in the main futures prices, this time with more expressive numbers. Support came from the demand side, with the weekly export sales report coming in above expectations.
