The National Supply Company (Conab) calculates, monthly, market prices and the bonus based on the average prices of the previous month in the main places where these products are sold. The percentage difference between the two values is converted into a discount on the monthly installment of financing from the National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture (Pronaf).
Between November 10th and December 9th, babaçu, for example, will have bonuses in five states: Pará (61,67%), Tocantins, (58,54%), Ceará, (69,29%), Maranhão, (51,57%), Piauí (22.65%). It is also the product with the highest bonus in all states. Natural rubber will receive bonuses for Bahia (4.5%), Goiás (12.5%) and São Paulo (4%). With regard to wheat, family farmers from Mato Grosso do Sul (24,75%), São Paulo (1,62%), Paraná (19,05%), Rio Grande do Sul (18,74%) and Santa Catarina (8,02%) will be included.
The information was published this Tuesday (8), in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU). Market prices and the discount bonus comply with those established in Resolution No. 4,350, of July 10, 2014, of the National Monetary Council.
