The price of corn on the Chicago Grain Exchange recorded a drop of 0.25 cents of Dollar in December/16 contracts on Monday (10/31), closing at US$ 3.5475 per bushel. The other highlighted commodity positions closed the session with devaluations between 0.25 and 0.75 points.
The North American corn market had slight losses in the main futures prices, the result of a technical movement to adjust positions by investment funds, aiming to close the month. The drop in commodities, mainly oil, was also a factor in pressure on cereals.
