The price of soybeans on the Chicago Grain Exchange recorded a drop of 9.75 cents in the November/16 contract on Monday (26.09), closing at US$ 9.4525 per bushel. The January/17 contract fell 9.50 cents in the Dollar, while the March/17 contract depreciated by 9.25 cents in the Dollar.
The North American soybean market recorded another day of losses in the main futures prices, with profit-taking movements by investors. On the other hand, new forecasts of drier and milder weather were released, which could facilitate field work and hold back greater devaluations.
