The price of soybeans on the Chicago Grain Exchange registered an increase of 3.50 cents on Friday (09.09) in the November/16 contract, closing at US$ 9.8025 per bushel. The January/17 contract rose 3.75 cents per dollar, while the March/17 contract rose 3.50 cents per dollar.
The North American soybean market closed the week with gains in the main futures prices, as a result of the low Dollar and heated demand. Traders still worked with the expectation of a drop in US stocks, which would be released in the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) supply and demand bulletin, scheduled for today (12.09).
